Part of Pohottu Party would be taken out, Wijemuni swears

The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) is ready to take a part out from the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), former MP Vijith Wijemuni Soysa swore, revealing that he would be giving the leadership on ensuring it.

“Now, we would be taking a part out of the Pohottuwa. Wijemuni Soysa would be leading it. Levelling criticism by taking that 15-lakh votes would be unfair. How would persons as such serve justice for people?”

Then, may people have to verify once again that the ‘Appachchi’ was in fact dead, the former MP said, speaking to a press briefing yesterday (03).
