Isolation to continue in some areas in Gampaha district

COLOMBO: Prohibition on travel outside of Western Province will be lifted at midnight Sunday.

In Colombo district, Maradana, Fort, Pettah, Slave Island and Dam Street will be isolated from Monday (16) 5 a.m. , in addition to 12 police areas already isolated.

Isolation imposed on Kurunegala MC limits, Kuliyapitiya police area, Kalutara police area, Ingiriya police area, Waakada West grama niladaree division, Ruwanwella police area and Mawanella police area will be lifted at 5 a.m. Sunday (15).

Kelaniya Police area in Gampaha District will be isolated from Monday 5 a.m.

Meanwhile. isolation imposed in Negombo, Ja-Ela, Ragama, Kadawatha, Wattala and Peliyagoda of the Gampaha District will continue until further notice, officials said.

Isolation imposed in all other areas in Gampaha District will be lifted from 5 a.m. Sunday
